We perform Front End Engineering Design studies, from Appraisal to Define
Confirm the viability of the project and identify a range of development options consistent with resource uncertainty and market conditions, at
least one of which is technically and commercially viable.

Select the development concept which maximises long term value and
appropriately manages risk over the long-term by evaluating alternative concepts (including the regional or local standard), making pragmatic concept selection decisions informed by integrated data, then adding sufficient definition, a strong Management of Change (MoC) process and planning, ready for entry to Define.
Define
Complete the technical definition and project execution planning to confirm
the business case and performance targets for entry to Execute including definition of
the project design, cost estimate and schedule, and risk management plans.
